Reflections of Christmas
What a blessing to be home for Christmas! It is a joy to wake up in my old room and feel the nostalgia of the season and to be with my family. As I reflect on Christmas, I cannot help but marvel at the work of our God in sending His only begotten Son. It is difficult to watch our children suffer, so it must have been for the Father when His Son was on the way to the cross. So let us not get tied up in tradition or preoccupied with presents, but let us enjoy Christ! The relationship with Him that we now have, let us renew it, and let us repent to Him in any area we need to. Christmas is a time for renewal and restoration as we turn our eyes to the Savior, born as a child and made a King over all the earth and creation.
