Today is another sunny day and the weather the past week has been really good. I thank God! His merices are new every morning. Though we grow dull of hearing, our eyes lose their light and even our hearts grow cold, He still hears our prayers when we turn to Him in humility and honesty.
Since last year, the Holy Spirit has been pounding the verse. "Ask and it will be given, seek and you shall find, knock and the door will be open to you."
I have asked God and he has given a passion and calling in my life. I have sought and here I am in Japan. I now that I am here I must knock and trust that the door will be open. It is time to knock on heaven`s door and to see it open up. It is time this year to see the Lord open the gates according to the knocking of His servants. Let me not grow weary of praying and knocking! Can I cry out as the widow for justice in this land or like the desperate man who needed provision from his neighbor?!
God please open the gates! Hear the cry of my heart and knocking of my prayers. On my own I know I am not enough for a Godless country, but you are the Lord of the harvest who sends out workers and who grows up mighty ones for your service. Raise up annoited preachers, prophets, pastors, and evangelists. Give your name the glory it deserves in Japan. The NAME above all names. Give your church the spirit of revelation and of power to move in a new way this year to turn many hearts to you.
Jesus` disciples remembered what the Scripture said when they saw Jesus in the temple with the whip, "Zeal for my house has consumed me." (John 2)
Let a new found zeal take hold in churches here! Let the world marvel at your church, your annoited ones living in the glory and righteousness of God. AMEN
